Violations and Account Suspension

Any breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service may lead to the immediate suspension of your account and/or servers, without prior notice.

To maintain the integrity of our IP subnets and shield against spam-related threats, please be aware that Ports 25, 465, and 587 are intentionally closed. This action is to deter low-quality spammers. It's important to clarify that our services are dedicated to providing excellence in Dedicated Server, VPS, VDS, & RDP hosting. Unfortunately, refunds for server usage with the intention of engaging in spamming activities cannot be facilitated.

Strict Prohibition: DDoS Abuse and Child Exploitation

Engaging in harmful activities such as DDoSing against other networks or any form of child exploitation using our servers is strictly prohibited.

    Non-Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Misuse: Refunds will not be granted if the service was misused, violated our Terms of Service, or engaged in any form of prohibited activities.

  • Final Sale Items: Certain products or services may be designated as final sale items, and refunds will not be applicable to these specific offerings.


Commitment to Satisfaction

While all payments are considered final and non-refundable, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. In cases where server-related issues arise, our support team will actively work towards resolution or, if needed, facilitate the relocation of your service to another node. If, despite our interventions, satisfaction remains elusive, we pledge to refund the corresponding amount for the remaining days of your service.
